From the moment of its existence, the Redentu company has always worked in office mode: a comfortable office with many separate rooms, a large personal space for each employee, a work computer (often with two monitors for convenience), and all the necessary office and personal things are always nearby. A large kitchen with everything necessary so that employees do not have to go to the cafe, but have the opportunity to have a delicious lunch without leaving the office premises. In the kitchen, there was always tea with various flavors (chocolate tea received special attention) and coffee, always fresh cookies, waffles, fruit, ice cream, and on certain days, other tasty treats.

Colleagues often gathered in the recreation room to play sports, talk or simply relax on the sofa next to the fish in the aquarium or play games.
...This is how we remembered the last days of work in the office before Kovid19 made its corrections in the life of every our employee, every person in the world...

Changes have come to our company also

At a time when the terrible pandemic had just arrived in Ukraine, the time had come when everyone, if possible, began to switch to remote work. We were no exception. Already in March 2020, we were learning to adjust all work processes while sitting at home and seeing our colleagues only in monitors. Sometimes it was scary: an unknown disease is wandering around, worries about saving work and jobs, trying to make working at home no less comfortable than working in the office, social surveys of every employee...

Therefore, we succeeded!

This can be called a success

The company kept all its customers during the quarantine. All jobs were preserved: no employees were laid off and no employees had their salaries reduced. After 1 month of quarantine, we opened the office again (those who lived nearby wanted to work in the office), it was exclusively voluntary: most worked from home. The office had an updated first aid kit, antiseptics and personal hygiene products for everyone.
Already after 2 months, the company found another new client from Australia, which made it possible to open new vacancies and give new jobs for talants. The project also turned out to be very interesting and useful for the residents of Australia: the system cooperates with various devices, connected to terminals that measure the temperature of people at the entrances to various institutions, in case of an increased temperature of the visitor, a notification is sent to the owners. It's really a great and interesting projects, we still work with it's updates and develop new useful features.

So, unfortunately, the pandemic continues... But new clients, projects and specialists continue to appear at the company. Online meetings to meet new employees are organized, online meetups, social surveys, English language courses are launched, and we continue to work and create new plans for the development of the company.
